    Representing and Campaigning
·       SOS: Support Our Sports – continuing the campaigning including keeping Wednesday afternoons free for students to have the opportunity to take part in societies, sports and extracurricular activities.
·       Have all activities clearly advertised on the SU website including society, sports and volunteering events, social nights and all bar events – one stop shop to find everything that’s happening in Kingston University!
·       Work to increase the amount of prayer spaces across ALL campus’
·       More events and parties in the Union!!!

     Unity – encouraging even more combined Sports and Society events around the University

·      “Tabbs on Sabbs” – enforce Sabbs to keep regular blogs so students can see what we do for YOU!
    Results
·       I truly believe that I have made a positive difference in the past year working in the Union, having a positive, strong and influential presence in policy and decision making process and want the opportunity to continue some of the projects I have already started.
·       SOS: Support Our Sports – spearheaded the campaign to get Kingston University to invest in its own sports facilities and recognise the importance in student participation in sports. The Uni is now actively looking into building sports facilities and provides free bus service to all students for weekly home games.
·       Introduced regular Student Union representation on ALL campus’.
·       Communicates student achievements across the University including weekly sports results!
·       While at Uni – founded and held President title for two years of KU Wine Society, tripling the membership in the second year. Worked in Hannaford’s Student bar as both staff and supervisor. Active member of KU Snow Sports Club. A course rep – supporting, representing and communicating student issues to the University.
·       Have aided students in raising money for lots of different charities including ‘Right to Play’ and Haiti appeal through fundraising and events.
·       Organising Sports Varsity between Kingston and Surrey University – charity!

MANIFESTO for Stella Taliadoros, VP Activities- team wanted
I am the current vice president of the dance society and also a member of the short film society. I am enthusiastic, crazy, and full of passion. I am a very good organiser and have been involved with organising successful events throughout my time at university. I aim to bring lots of amazing activities and fun events for the student body and maximize your time spent at university, University is not just about getting a degree, make the most of it!
·         An end of year graduation ball, with an end of year showcase including dancing, singing, drama as a way of students showing their talent.
·         Fashion shows for the fashion students to show off their skills
·         Gallery showings for art students and other creative industries
·         Film festivals for all members of the student body, great for budding film makers to express their talent.
·         More events held in the SU bar e.g. quiz nights, open mike nights, society socials. Its free and an ideal way to get to know each other.
·         Carry on support our sports campaign- More dance space for dance students, better and cheaper facilities for sports clubs
·         More charity events,  e.g. invisible children. Getting involved looks great on your CV!
·         Inter university events- e.g. comedy nights- advertise how to get involved.
·         More trips organised throughout the year that anyone can attend and aim to make these affordable. For example, Thorpe park and European trips!
·         Have a drop box in which students can share their views and give ideas on how to change various things. Boxes situated within the student bar/ shop/ library.
·         Bigger and better freshers activities throughout the year!
·         Better advertising and publicity for student events!! Benefiting societies and students
