About KUSU Volunteering
KUSU Volunteering are the official volunteering service for Kingston University students. We have four different types of volunteering you can get involved in:
One-Off Volunteering - perfect if you only have a couple of hours to spare, every now and again.
Student-Led Volunteering - for those of you who want to run your own volunteering project.
Community Volunteering - if you want to volunteer on a regular basis.
Schools Volunteering - the chance to be a positive role model to young people in schools.
You can take part in one, two, three or all four areas of volunteering if you like!
Through volunteering you can:
-Develop your skills and get some real life experience.
-Improve your CV and Employability.
-Make a positive difference to people's lives.
-Meet new people, make friends and enjoy yourself!
Check out other benefits of volunteering on our Why Volunteer? page!
If you're not sure what volunteering you would like to do, come and have a chat with us and we'll help you to find the right opportunity for you. We're based in the Students' Union on Penrhyn Road campus.
We aim to make sure everyone is catered for, so if you have any questions about KUSU Volunteering, you can also get in touch with us at volunteering@kingston.ac.uk or call us on 0208 417 2709.
Make sure you check out our volunteering opportunities on the KUSU Volunteering Facebook page and on the KUSU Volunteering Twitter too.
