► One-off Volunteering

One-off Volunteering

One-off volunteering means flexible, short term opportunities to get involved with volunteering. Perfect if a packed timetable or other committments means your short on time. This could be anything from helping a charity to fundraise to stewarding sports days and local art festivals, to taking part in awareness campaigns and much more.

To get an idea of what's taken place in the past check out our blog here.

To find out what's available now you need to get yourself on our mailing list. We send out one-off volunteering opportunities by email all through the year. To do this email volunteering@kingston.ac.uk and ask to be added to the list. Make sure you include you full name and K-number.

Once your getting our emails if a one-off volunteering opportunity appeals follow the instructions in that email on who to contact and we'll get back to you with all the details. If your not already registered with us we'll also arrange for you to complete our paperwork.

In 2010/2011 Kingston Student's gave over 800 hours (that's 33 days!) to one-off projects which made a massive impact on the local and national charities that we work with.
